Yoga: integrating the body, mind, and thoughts so as to work for good ends. On the physical level, yoga gives relief from countless ailments of the body and is an excellent form of cross-training, building flexibility, balance and strength, and body awareness than can help with reaction time and agility.
Recommedation: a minimum of two to three days of practice. Everyday would be better.
Note: Yoga should not be performed in a state of exhaustion, illness, in a hurry or in an acute stress conditions. Women should refrain from regular yoga practice especially asanas during their menses. Don’t perform yoga immediately after meals.
